NEET counselling, simplified
What is the difference between All-India quota and state quota?
MCC conducts counselling for the All-India quota of government seats along with AIIMS, JIPMER, deemed and central universities. The remaining government seats and most private seats are filled through each state's own counselling, usually for domicile students.
Can I take part in both MCC and state counselling?
In most cases, yes — eligible students can register for both. Rules on holding or resigning seats vary by round, so your mentor will help you time every decision.
