PrepWays provides digital educational products only. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund After Successful Access
Once a paid PDF has been:
- Successfully delivered, AND
- Made accessible in the user’s account
❌ No refund will be provided, even if the user chooses not to download or use the PDF.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once accessed.
2. Refund in Case of Technical Issues
A full refund will be issued if:
- Payment is successful but PDF is not delivered
- User is unable to download/access the PDF due to a technical error from PrepWays’ side
3. Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
